The commonly held view of drawing entails a small pencil sketch on paper, but as we hope this exhibition can show drawing can incorporate a wide spectrum of mark making. From the quick sketch to the intricately worked, and from the tiny to the very large, drawing can be much more than simply initial doodles and preliminary working out.The works in this exhibition vary from observational life studies to imaginative fantasy landscapes and demand as much attention as any oil, bronze or performance piece.
