| Frank Hill Biography Frank Hill FRSA Studied at the Waltham Forest School of Art. Worked in various advertising agencies and commercial art studios as a designer and illustrator. On a free lance basis, living in Norfolk illustrated various children’s and educational books. Now concentrating solely on producing paintings for galleries.
